ok so heres the deal. I was at 1.5 packs a day (more when drinking) but my body wasn’t doin so hot. Kept coughing up gross stuff in the morning, spending a ton of money (never bought cartons cuz i kept convincing myself id quit) etc etc same bs sob story.
