It can be found in many department stores across the country, and it is a highly popular product to some degree, especially being sold for only about $14 as compared to other department store products.

The Good
Clinique Acne Solutions Spot Healing is based around salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a proven ingredient that basically sheds away dead skin cells at an accelerated rate, and it helps you without actually causing side effects or otherwise causing skin irritation in general.
The Bad
Clinique Acne Solutions Spot Healing unfortunately does not list all its ingredients or the amounts meaning that it doesn't even have the small yet effective proven amount of salicylic acid, and it definitely doesn't have the other ingredients to help. It probably has irritants in the form of preservatives, and it won't help with your acne.
The Skinny
You could get a salicylic acid based product for $5 at your local grocery store or less for that matter. It helps, but only in the proven amounts which they don't have, and quite frankly they lack quite a few things that would be necessary to actually producing results in general. We would therefore recommend finding something else that works better.
